Here's someone you may not have heard of performing the Growing Candlestick Trick on a very slack wire. He also juggles, balances on a ladder, and performs some mouth stick tricks. Here's the late, Terry O'Brien and here is more information about him:

This performance by Terry and Camille O'Brien was filmed somewhere in Illinois on the Nordmark Circus in 1978. We also see Terry juggle with cigar boxes and expertly manipulate a devil stick.
