Although the uploader has spelled their name as The Ivanoffs, IMDB list them as The Ivanovs but their only credit is this video. Here they are performing in 1951 on the American TV series, Four Star Revue, hosted by Ed Wynn.

We hear that their names are Pete, Elmer and Tony, so I'm guessing that Ivanov may just be a stage name, though I may be wrong. Their athleticism is off the charts and I'd love to watch more footage of their act(s).

Late edit: I am wrong as Ivanov was his real name. In fact, Peter Ivanov Antonov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1918. Here's an obituary written in 2008, after Pete died aged 90:
