This is about physical comedy not juggling!
Although this video title reads, Presco and Campo, this was the name of the act not the performers. The act was originally performed by Harry Prescott and George Campo but after Prescott died in 1935, the British acrobat, Johnny Hutch, continued the act as a homage to his teacher. Therefore, I strongly suspect that we see Hutch and Campo!

In 1927, at 14 years old, Johnny Hutch answered an advert in his local newspaper calling for 'a small boy for Empire stage door'. After a successful audition, he was chosen as an acrobat apprentice with Harry Prescott's, Hadji Mohamed Troupe and ended up on top of a human pyramid of acrobats. Later renaming themselves, The Seven Royal Hindustans (I have a separate blog post about them) they trained Hutch, as he was now called, in all of the smart arts of tumbling and took him with them on their tours of Britain and abroad. I've not discovered anything about Harry Prescott, other than he died in 1935 and is buried in Streatham Park Cemetery:

George Campo appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1967 in his, “Saloon Mime Sketch”, which you can watch here. He performs the 'throwing the lit match behind the back to catch in the mouth' trick:

Interestingly, here's George Campo performing 35 years earlier in a 1932 film called, La Boîte à Matelots (Pathe misspelt the title). The intertitle reads: “Life is full of ups and downs for George Campo, the Continental Eccentric dancer.” Action starts at 2:40.
