I watched this Pathe video called Circus Hours from 1928 and in the description it mentions Bostock's Three Ring Circus. From a little search, I can identify all but one of the acts, having performed at that circus in the Empress Hall, Earl's Court in London in the winter of 1928-29. A German juggler called Jean Florian (I know he sounds French but he wasn't), who performed in the show had a sister who was called Mariora. She was also a juggler and appears in the second video, entitled, Mariora Issue Title – Making Good (1939).
At 45 seconds, you can see the three rings, so we know we're in the right place. Starting at 1:40, the Matsumoto Egawa Troupe perform some foot juggling (I can't find them on the description that's shown, so I'm hoping they appear later in the 36-page programme). Next at 2:45, we have an unnamed wire walker. Then at 3:30, we see some juggling and mouth stick tricks by Jean Florian. The film ends with some clowns and Agar and Young's Lulu, pantomime horse (it says Lo-Lo but it's actually Lulu).
